I held this job for 9 years before being laid off with everyone else over 50 years old in this department. A person with much less sonority keep his job and younger person from another department with company "connections" was brought in a couple of weeks later and started training. The exact job I had was posted on monster recently and I applied. Was told, after three weeks of waiting, I did not have the right qualifications. This should show exactly what goes on in this company.
