What's one difficult situation that I faced in previous employment.

I am an honest person, so my situation discussed was when a prominent fast-food chain opted to ignore obvious health risks to customers and I spoke up about it. Does it designate me a "whistle blower", or someone who cares about the integrity of a product(s) and the health and safety of his customers.... you decide.. I spoke up to protect customers, but apparently that doesn't fit with the bottom line, and is something I test companies about when applying. After all, why would I want to work for a company that obvious wants to stay away from anyone potentially willing to stand for integrity as MOST COMPANIES claim. When I was denied by them for a second time, and I had mentioned this to them, it was all the answer I needed to know that I couldn't trust this company anyway. Dodged a bullet.
