What's the difference between a spectrum analyzer and an oscilloscope

A spectrum analyzer measures the frequency over/versus time of a signal, while an oscilloscope measures the signal's magnitude over/versus time. Additionally, an oscilloscope can be used as a spectrum analyzer, but not the other way around.
