I gave my expectation which was considered very high to them, although that's a market number. They would like to make it up with benefits: free cereal breakfast, once-a-while paid lunch, once -a-year birthday lunch, once-a-year company event, and the premium is covered by the company which makes them really proud. Plus 2 weeks vacation. To be honest this may sound good, even decent to fresh grads, however, everything is much below market.
