Despite saying I was able to work from 9AM-8PM daily if they required and had complete flexibility in whatever shifts they offered within that time frame, this was deemed an unsuitable amount of hours - sales associates must apparently be available to do any shifts from the hours of 7AM until 11PM. So even though this was something I specified on my online application before I was invited to the phone screen, it evidently wasn't something they looked at on the online application as as soon as they realised this was the case, the interview was immediately terminated.
