I explained I would design a project with the patients to a theme, encouraging staff and patients to engage with whatever part of the the project they felt comfortable - for example a remix or cover song for christmas where individuals cover a line of each song - those who dont want to perform could conribute to the recording process etc - I would be keen to incorporate as many different creative contributions as possible to a final product all can identify with, which can be celebrated as an organisation, potentially annually as a reference point for the team and patients
