I picked two that I felt encompassed the widest market segments and would make the greatest financial impact. Then I gave justification to meet the production requirements that one beer was more spring summer and one was more fall winter to balance production times. Additionally I picked a beer for the older demographic and then one for they younger and discussed marketing techniques that were targeted at each group.
