I definitely wanted to be back in an agency; preferably one located in the burbs because I would rather not be at the mercy of Chicago Transit Authority ever again. After being at a non-profit for nearly two years and finding it very creatively restrictive, I really missed the process and creative energy of an ad agency. But more importantly, advancement opportunities. I want to grow my career within the same agency/company; I personally don't believe that in order to move up you have to move on. And I want to be part of an agency/company that values honesty, accountability, and transparency; and definitely maintains and cultivates their client relationships. And also creates and supports a respectful and collaborative office culture.
