I faced many issues with the method development for my senior thesis project. I encountered issues with GC-MS analysis and sample preparation. So I reviewed our current methods, compared them to methods found in successful scholarly articles. With the additional advice of more experienced scientists in the lab, I was able to update our methodology to get definitive results to complete my project.
