As a social media manager I shared my responsibilities with my coworker.She was falling behind on her posts and it was frustrating me. So instead of being hostile I asked her what was cussing her to call behind and she expressed being overwhelmed. So I proposed we create a weekly schedule that way we are only creating posts every i other week. I also implemented an automatic poster to ensure that we wouldn’t miss any deadlines
