Typically, my customer base was SMB, Mid-Market and lower Enterprise. I have thorough understanding of the differentiation between the segments and how sale cycles, engagement and process shifts as you speak with larger organizations that have lengthier cycles and more stakeholders involved, but it wasn't what I did day in and day out.
