I do not disclose my previous salaries thou my salary requirements put me between 75-80k dependent on benefits and bonuses. (The recruiter then went on to BULLY me about why I needed to divulge my personal financial history! She said everyone discloses it even the CEO and that if I was to go on in the interview process she had the right to demand to see my prior pay check stubs!)
