What was your best experience with a customer?

I answered that it was the same as the experiences with the negative customers but when I was empowered and could solve the problem and help the customers, the situation turned from negative to positive and it made me feel good to help. Focus on being empowered to help customers and resolve customer issues, delighting the customer, etc...they focused on that a lot during orientation.
