As a supervisor i will not only have to meet my deadlines but will also have to groom the staffs under me. I will also have to ensure their growth in making them new supervisors after me. Also, i need to be a medium channel in reporting my supervisor and staffs under me. I will work hard more harder to and achieve targets and results. And finally as a leader lead my team to be the best.
