I said that it was hard to determine how it would look, unless I knew exactly what medical diagnoses I had under my care. Once I was able to determine that I could set up an appropriate course of action. I didn't want to give a "carbon" copy answer, because at this point in the interview, I didn't know what illnesses the patients had, yet, and it wouldn't have been fair to shoehorn them into some therapy that wouldn't do them any good.
