I'm a self starter who likes to engage customers to learn their process and get ahead of any problems that may occur. Although I enjoy handling urgent issues that may arise for customers in this fast moving transportation environment, I prefer getting in front of issues to prevent them from becoming bigger issues. That helps grow the business as well because the customer sees that you care as well.
