What would the setup be for an RC Low-Pass Filter? How will increasing/decreasing the values of "R" and "C" change the center frequency?

Series resistor, followed by parallel capacitor, Vout over the capacitor. Using f = 1/(2*pi*R*C) so increasing either will decrease frequency, and vice versa.
