Be honest and communicate! Say "on behalf of Best Buy, we are truly sorry this didnt meet your expectations" Listen what the still outstanding issue, and empathize. Be sympathetic, and if possible repeat what the customer's complaint and see if any available options. Once again apologize and tell the customer "we will see what other recourse or remedies are available", or at least escalate it higher if possible,
