Annoying, because I'd provided references (sitting there in front of the person asking this) who would be better judges of me, and my current "boss", the new CEO, didn't know me nor my job well...and, further, he just wouldnt' have 3 weaknesses he'd report. Could give informative, self-aware answers from my references, but to report truthfully, I'd probably have to say things like "is female" "is uppity" and "isn't a good drinking buddy." (Actually think I did say that last one!)
