I said my judgement, I received a perfect score for that on my yearly review at my company. I also always volunteer one of my weaknesses when asked about strengths. It is important to me to see how hiring managers react to this, as a measure of their receptivity to honesty and imperfection. It’s a bold thing to do, but i believe in honesty and transparency that much, thus it is important to me to have an employer that is okay with that. Interviews go both ways!
