This was age discrimination. It was my undergrad degree and, after extremely positive interviews with the hiring manager and the BDR manager, this question suddenly ended my interview process. I was told that they changed the job description since my interview - but they didn't. It's still online and the same I applied for. Pure age discrimination even though I was more than capable to help this company grow. Just a real disappointment.
