The interview process was pretty standard, but incredibly efficient and well-communicated. Expectations were very clearly set from the start, and after each round, I was updated quickly. I was told what to expect for each portion, and nothing felt gratuitous or excessive. No 2 hour interview or lengthy written assessments. Just very direct and specific interviews/assessments with no portion lasting longer than 30 minutes. It was extremely refreshing and welcomed.
