Standard and lovely interview process until the take home assignment. As a candidate you are asked to do the equivalent of 6 months of work by a Strategy team in four business days and without any guidelines for what they are looking for - regardless of whether or not you have an actual job. I found it incredibly rude, this is not a skills assessment. It is hardly a "see how your brain works" assessment. They give you mocked up internal data and encourage you to use AI to make long-term strategy recommendations from the outside of the business. It is ton of research and work with no guarantee you will get to discuss, defend, or learn why/why not your recommendations tracked.
