When have you provided extreme customer service?

I work from home for a company that I believe has THE BEST customer service reps I have ever come across. It's good to know that when my customers call into the Company... they are treated as people and not numbers. I three way dialed one of my customers into the Company and when we reached the wrong extention... the rep actually noted what we wanted, put us on hold, contacted the person we DID need to talk to, made the introductions, explained to them what we were looking for, and told us to have a nice day before turning the call over to the second representative. Now... THAT'S customer service... my customer was so thouroughly impressed, and has even recommended that others contact me to become customers.
