Here's a tip to answer this one: If you won't be going to college, say you would like to be working at Kroger still (bonus if you know what department you want to be in). My reply was "In 2 years, I want to be earning all the money and work experience I can before I move off to college. I would like to be a part of the Drug/GM department by that time, and my main goal overall working here would be getting more work experience so I can learn the basics of being a good employee and finding a good job in the future."
