The black-country (not Scotland then!), They were Cold calling chumps. They enjoyed having a tiny (30%?) share of their fruits of their labors, they also liked enjoying the downsides of being self employed, without enjoying any of the upside's (Right of substitution etc etc). Most of all they loved the transparency. So that's why I applied! (Note - Make your own choices in life, don't be a cold calling chump propping up someone else's lifestyle)
