My answer was I wanted to be a SR Product Developer and have input in the creative process. They wanted someone who wanted to grow with the company. Seemed like a WIN-WIN situation. Unfortunately, even though I was hired to fill this position, the opportunities that were promised were unfulfilled. I was never given any accounts, responsibilities, or respect. I was treated like an intern and overworked.
