This question is asked because the Agency Field Specialist role is a stepping stone to becoming a State Farm Agent.  They are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit that would like to learn from this role so he can have his own State Farm agency in the NEAR future (2 to 3 years).

I really dislike this question, in reality people and goals change. I understand if you ask this  question to a recent grad but asking a seasoned profesional does not make sense.
