Another dumb question I was asked twice by the same guy in two seperate interviews. This is another scripted question. I could not get them off their tired script by deflecting this question with this answer(paraphrasing): "Well, I see myself working hard doing what I do best: engaging in projects and improvements at this organization along with other smart people in a supportive environment I believe in. What do you think? Is this the kind of organization you have?" Since this was not the answer that they were supposed to get, I guess I left them confused and unsure.
