I see myself leading my team. I think it’s important that I start from the bottom so I can learn every task/responsibility so that I can one day be able to teach others how to effectively do their job. I feel most people feel intimidated talking to their manager because of the seriousness they portray and I want to change that. I want people to feel comfortable talking to me as they do now so that we can have a strong relationship and a better work flow.
