In five years, I see myself contributing at a strategic leadership level within an international organization, where I can help shape and deliver impactful livestock and One Health programs across the region. I aim to be in a position where I am influencing policy, strengthening partnerships, and guiding research and innovation to address key challenges such as animal disease control, food security, and sustainable livestock systems. I also see myself playing a role in building strong institutions and developing the next generation of leaders, ensuring that the impact is not only immediate but sustainable. Ideally, I would like to be contributing to the success and long-term vision of an organization like the International Livestock Research Institute, helping to expand its regional influence and translate science into tangible development outcomes.
