The company will not immediately hire the applicant into the Communications and Marketing Coordinator role. One will start off as a client rep. There is not a guarantee in getting the Marketing Coordinator Position. If one is contemplating on applying and schedules an interview PLEASE PAY ATTENTION DURING INTERVIEW. It is very obvious that the interview shifts into selling the company and the idea of what one will have to do to become a Marketing Coordinator.
