The interview process is pretty basic. They evaluate the potential hires based on their physical capabilities. New hires are also evaluated based upon their driving ability, some of the hires come in with the ability to drive the larger vehicles. I also believe that a portion of the interview is to get to know the candidate and determine their likability.
