Two brief interviews that included a few technical questions including knowledge of basic networking terminology and personality-based questions to convey work environment and atmosphere to the candidate. The first was a one-on-one interview with the business owner in the company office. The second was across the street over lunch with the business owner and his business partner, where they both asked questions and enjoyed a burger. Both interviews were fairly informal.
