I had the same experience both on he perm side and through an agent. Infact, ASML could not produce a job description once I got there. One interview was several hours long, and no response what so ever. They are growning but they and agents that they use should do follow up as we spend a lot of time preparing and going to these interviews. It's just plain rude to do no follow up.
