I do look up employee reviews and liked what I saw as far as management opinions. The pay scale in retail today is stagnant and has no growth and a lot of good was said for Catherine's. The store operating hours are great for retail which probably leaves a lot of time to work in the store closed which is relieving I'm sure. Personally I think what has a huge impact is I like what the company sales so I can sell it confidently and let customers know it's worth there money and time. Plus size fashion has come a long long way and so has intimates. I can say because of that I have confidence in the brand for sure.
