The company I was working for at the time did not satisfy my expectations for various reasons. As a mid-level senior manager I was not included in meetings that had a direct impact on my department, my salary was not commiserate to the level and volume of work I was completing, nor was it comparable to industry standards. There was an overall feeling of not being respected or appreciated for my contributions.
