I answered this question with a realistic answer. Being as though I have a background in case management and social work, I explained that I would be a great asset to the company because I have an empathetic standpoint on life. I am able to encourage and provide resources (if applicable) to the community when they are faced with financial hardships when it comes to paying their rent. I am also a great fit because my personality allows me to make others comfortable and assure them that they have made the right decision with selecting our property to be their next home.
