The co is a leader in the P & C Industry. I like the fact that its credo is about the doing the right thing. What is your responsibility? It is about making peoples lives safe and secure. That is the reason I got in to this industry and I think it is important that an insurance co makes that one of their most important goals. I have also heard from friends that the co values their employees. It has good training programs. The values the company exihibit closely parallel my own high values. Also, I believe that my experience will allow me to complement the team or company.
