I wanted this job because I'm a female, college-student and it's local. But basically if you are a girl who's attractive, you will get the job because the hiring manager Tito prefers to hire, young, good-looking girls. Just anticipate that you will always be approached by him because he will hit on you. Girls who work here all know Tito has a tendency to prey on all the women who work at Sears and the women are too scared to lose thier job to report him. So if you need a job bad enough, this is what a girl has to put up with. I was clocking out once from my shift at a kiosk in the store and he rubbed up against my side and started to talk about how I didn't have enough credit apps. I let him know right then and there that I didn't appreciate him rubbing up against me and that if he did it again I would report him. He has since left me alone.
