I want to be here which is obvious. My diverse upbringing, years of HR experience and success working with diverse individuals including irate customers has helped prepare me for an inflight teammate position. I truly enjoy helping others and although I don’t mind taking lead when necessary I thoroughly enjoy being a good follower as well. I’m very versatile and I thrive in situations where there is constant change, however; I greatly value the rules behind the change to keep a proper balance of protocol when situations arise.
