I was asked this question when filling out my application online (not heard back yet). I said that I've got a passion for geoenvironmental issues which has driven me to go through 3 years of PhD research into it. I also discussed my hobby as an organic gardener and social media influencer in organic home farming, and my understanding of soil and water quality. I said that WSP is a market leader and I will be able to learn a lot from the job and do something that I am passionate about as a career.
