First the staffer interviewing me indicated that the position I was applying for had already been filled, but a subordinate position was still available. The website just the night before showed all the positions still open. Very frustrating. I shared with the HR person that the advertised position matched my skill set very well and that I needed a job. She seemed incredulous that I thought that was a good reason to go to work for someone. The interview went downhill from there. Held in a large room set up with dozens of tables. Very impressionable.
