I had a similar experience in NY. HR is terrible and has no regard for your time or effort. They do not bother to reply to messages. I interviewed with them for 3+ months: this entailed, multiple phone interviews, then I was invited in for in person interviews where I spoke with 6 people consecutively who asked the same questions each time... this marathon interview lasted 3+ hours. I was told the FINAL STEP was a presentation which I did in a room of 8 people. Mind you, they do not tell you in advance that you will be presenting to so many people. After all of this I finally get an email back with excuses and apologies for the delay and told that they filled the role.
