I admire the company's vision to further inclusion and diversity in the workplace. This was evident even in the application process thus far and the portrayal of the website. This programme will allow me to gain a deeper insight into the workings of a globally influential firm. I think that I can learn a lot from Natwest and be able to grow and become a better learner and future employee at this firm from witnessing the dynamics and having a first hand experience immersed in the company's culture.
