Having worked with large corporations in the past, I was tired of feeling overworked and nothing to show for it. I am seeking a role with a company where I can easily integrate into the team and feel supported by my team members and management instead of staking in an overly competitive work environment where everyone pitted against each other in order to get ahead, and entry level workers are seen as disposable. I want my work to be appreciated, and to have a bigger impact on the company.
