While I love my current job, I'm the only person in the company doing the job and there's really no opportunity for advancement. While I'm not necessarily looking into moving to a different position, I don't feel like my current employers value me financially as much as I think I should be. I want to work for an employer that understands the value of great design and how it can impact their business model and I think Sprouts would be a great fit for me, from the things we've discussed.
