You can also mention you really like the direction JCP is going and want to be a part of that...also, the flexibility of retail is key, and could be a good selling point if you need and want a flexible schedule. Incidentally, I had nothing but trouble with the online application also. Problem is, there's no one really to help if you have issues and when you do find an email address, they take several days to respond and don't answer questions fully and they're not very customer service oriented. Wish I worked in IT or for the department that takes care of their online apps-they need an overhaul and bad.
