"For the chance to work on EUV tools and processing!!" Then the hiring manager got annoyed and condescending at me in this panel interview for answering this way. He said he had already discussed with me in the screening interview that I wouldn't be working on any EUV tools at Micron. That seems hella weird to me -- I would of course have flexibility to work on other tools/technologies but, my brother in Christ, the position I applied to was literally named EUV Process Engineer. If I'm going to have to relocate my family all the way to Idaho I had better have the career opportunity to get hands-on EUV experience. I wonder if the EUV positions Micron is hiring for in Boise are fraudulent because they have difficulty recruiting talent otherwise. Or did they did not think very much of me and were only considering me as a warm body to stick on the older generation technologies.
