I spoke about three things that mazars does that I particularly liked. I spoke about diversity and inclusion initiatives: different networks they have that appeal to Mr. I spoke about environmental initiatives: they train employees on environmental sustainability and also that they want to go net 0 carbon emissions by 2050. Charity initiatives: percentage of annual profits goes into other charity's Volunteers initiatives: mazars day a day where an employee can go out and Volunteer. I also talked about the culture of the company and how its about technical excellence but also a fun fast paced environment where you can get to know your workers as friends. And how this is the type of environment I want to work in.
